During regular office hours, our front desk secretaries will answer your calls regarding scheduling appointments and will direct any questions regarding billing to our billing manager. Any medical questions will be triaged by our nurse and then forwarded to the physician. For appointments, we strongly recommend patients arrive earlier than the scheduled time to update any contact information and health insurance information.
For our established patients, we strongly recommend that you use the patient portal "MyChart" to send your non-urgent questions or concerns via email. You may even send photos via MyChart. You can call our office if you forgot your password to MyChart.
When the office is closed, your call will be taken by our answering service and your questions or concerns will be forwarded to the physician on-call.
